How To Send Auto Respond Email By Gmail

Hello friends, you must have noticed that when you email a company, you immediately receive an email in which you are told that you will be contacted soon or your problem will be resolved soon.

You wonder how this email is sent. Can we not send such an email that whenever someone emails us and it immediately receives the email already written by you.

So friends, of course you can do this, you can send auto-responder emails for free.

So let's start.

For this, first click on the settings in the Gmail Dashboard where you click on the General tab.

 Now come to the bottom and you will get the option of vacation responder which will be turned on and set a period such as 6 months duration setting the beginning day and last day. Write the subject of the automatic email that will go and write the message.

Now click on save changes. Now whenever someone emails you during this period, the message you set will be automatically emailed with the subject. Extend the return period at the end of the period, thus you can send auto-respond email via Gmail for free.
